On the road all the time, working,
touring for old iron, or taking the my favorite lady for a drive to get out of Dodge... she had knee surgery last week, ten
days off work, cabin fever setting in so we jumped in the Jeep and headed to the hills the back way... here's a vid:
This one is called TAKE A LITTLE TRIP WITH ME ~ ELKWATER
Keep eye out for new ones on TAKE A TRIP WITH ME page (under construction)

What's Happening Around Medicine
Hat
Out oil iron pickin' yesterday, wind was a typical
breeze out here, pulled up in farmstead and found an old Oliver 99 on one side of shelterbelt and guess what with it's rear
to the wind on the other?
As just about everything else in the spirit
of the past, even this abandoned Drive-In Theater still stands to attest to a bygone day. Revitalized here on MPT, I
will use this screen to project my tractor and events movies on it. This screen is located at Redcliff, Alberta, Canada.
It is all that is left of the prairie auto pantheon and sits atop a mound of dirt and enclosed in a small storage yard.
Do you remember sneaking in... in the trunk?
I will be bringing short videos to mypioneertractor.com for
you to view and enjoy.
Check in often for
new ones.

Video sent in by MPT follower Robin
from Oyen, Alberta. He was there to see home town grain elevator go down in history. Not too many of them left so this
video is a historic record as far as I am concerned. Thank you Robin!
God's Wink, Capturing a new ray of hope for this new
day.
Posting some pictures of the Swan Valley Historical Museum, located
two time zones and three oceans of wheat east of Medicine Hat, was out there mid August, some music accompany too.
My friend Dave in Ontario sent me these pictures of an old iron
treasure trove hidden in the wilderness of the back country, Thinking the flower garden should be left as a heritage site
with walking trails amongst the rustedoleum.
A little thank you to the side saddle expert gals that have educated MPT about this old
saddle.
A little video to show Dave in UK there is no snow
here yet. Winding down 2011, heading to Henry's welding shop to spruce up equipment trailer, took some pics and videos along
the way.
